Weekly Rates Are From Saturday To Saturday Only
These apartments are not rented by the night. When you make a reservation for either apartment, you rent it for the week. Whether you stay one (1) night or seven (7) nights you pay the weekly rate. Credit Cards: Will Not be taken over the phone or in person for rentals. Only money orders, certified checks or cash will be accepted. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. A 30% service charge will be deducted on all cancellations. There is a charge for extra guests using the facilities. Whether in your apartment or the outside showers!
