Reservations

A deposit of 50% is required to guarantee your reservation. It will be credited
at the end of your stay or refunded if you cancel 14 days prior to the day
of arrival.

A 30 % service chargewill be deducted on all cancellations. -
All personal checks MUST be certified, or they will be returned.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.

Credit Card Charges: For those guests making advance Guaranteed reservations
using a credit card number, please be Advised that you are making a commitment
to us and we, in Turn, are making a commitment to you.

We accept credit cards for deposits on reservations made no more than 2 weeks
prior to arrival. All charges in accordance with our Reservation Policy will
be put through at the time your reservation is made.
Policies

Check In: anytime between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Arrival after 8:00 PM requires prior arrangement.

Check Out: 11:00 AM

Sorry, we do not have any facilities available before check-in or after check-out time.

Weekend Rates are $10.00 extra per night (Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday).

For weekend stays, we require a stay of Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday Evenings (any three), plus Payment in full in advance.

We will not accept one night reservations on weekends.
Sorry, we no longer accept pets
and children must be 12 years or older.
